FLEXIBILITY STRETCH | Deep Full Body Stretching Exercises for Flexibility, Mobility & Relaxation
This is a deep stretching routine that will target all of your muscles through compound stretching exercises. In only 5 minutes you will be stretching everything at once!
You can do this one in the mornings, after your workouts and at night before bed to get more flexible!
The music is very relaxing and it will help you get into a meditative state when you are doing these exercises, make sure to focus on your breath!

    I’ve noticed is a glitch of timing during Cobra exrecise. Instead if count from 37 down, it goes up till 59 and only after that starts count down. Check it from 6:16 video time. Would be nice if you can fix it! Thanks!
